Nicholas Joutz co-founded Watermark Home Loans in early 2006. Since then the company has grown into a nationwide direct lender predicated on technology, efficiency and the client experience.

As both an experienced loan officer and owner, Nick is able to tap into his extensive list of investors and programs to make sure you are getting the best terms possible for your unique financing needs.

Nick is a UC Santa Barbara graduate, where he earned his degree in Political Science. He currently resides in Orange County, California with his wife and two children, and in his spare time enjoys playing soccer and spending time with his family.
